This is really cute. I can't seem to get any of the ear plugs to fit my ear proper without falling out and it does come with many different size plugs.

I like it. Very easy to pair. The plastic loop does fall off easily, I just superglued it to the headset and that solved the problem. Assuming the environment is quiet, the people can hear me well. Otherwise, it's way too noisy. I can hear other people without any issues. I give it 4 stars because of its lack of ambient noise cancellation features.

I thought I'd give this Bluetooth a shot but found it was unacceptable. I've tried several other brands with and without noise cancelling, this one is the worse as far as that particular non-feature. I had static from the beginning only from this product not the other Bluetooth I've acquired. I'm not sure if all Samsung model Bluetooth are troublesome but this one is.

I could not believe how flimsy the ear piece is! A tiny little plastic thing that is not securely attached to the bluetooth!
It was also frustrating that even when paired with my Samsung phone, it does not automatically connect with the phone. You have to manually instruct the phone to do so.
I cannot believe Samsung offers such an inferior product!

I love everything about this earpiece, except the fact that I am now having trouble finding the correct ear pad to go on this. I've lost the one that was on it and have searched amazon for replacements. There are some out there but they don't indicate that they are for the wep 301.
If anyone has the right product number I'd be appreciative if they would send it my way.
Pairing was easy and the sound was great as well!
