There is no software that comes with this cable. If you don't have that, it is useless. When I connect my phone to it and the PC, nothing happens. I have gone to 1/2 a dozen web sites and downloaded the "software" and it still will not work. I have also gone to Samsung's web site, and have emailed Samsung 4 times with NO answer, about getting software. Does Samsung even care? I doubt it. I have emailed several sites that sell this cable, and each say you can download it off the internet, well, you can't, at least not so it works with the phone.
So, the cable may work, it may not, either way, if you don't have any software, forget it. That is the reason I gave it 2 stars, I even emailed this seller, no results there for any software.
