I just purchased this cover for my omnia, it is very nice! It is a rubbery surface, so it covers up the slippery surface of the omnia. All the buttons line up that the cover marks out. I would recommend this case!
The product that I got was different than the one in the picture, instead of the rivets on the side, they're are star shapes on the back, and the sides are smooth. Not a big deal tho...
The touchpad mouse (between the call, and end call buttons) seems harder to use with the cover on

I specifically bought this skin because silicon skins can be rather slick, and this skin is shown with molded grips on the side.
However the skin that arrived did not have the molded grips on the side. Reading some of the other reviews, it seems plain luck as to what will actually arrive when you order.
I did receive a skin specifically for the Omnia, with all the proper holes and hole locations. The skin is very slick however, the phone has slipped out of my hands a few times.

Sometimes I wonder about product designers. The phone is great, but it is very "slick". When pulling it out of my holster-type case the phone would occasionally slip our of my hands. This silicon skin solves that problem. Why didn't they make the phone with a slightly "rubberized" finish (like the Motorola Q that it replaced)?? Anyway the skin fits perfectly and looks fine.

Based on another review, the first thing I did was cut a square hole in the back to let the sound out. This was not, apparently, made specificly for the Omnia. The phone is slick, and I could just see it sliding out of my hand and on to the hard floor. It won't slide wearing its skin. It also won't slide easily into one's pocket, nor into one's belt pouch. I skip the belt pouch in favor of the skin.

The product came when promised. It's a wonderful product and I'm very happy with it.
My only complaint would be that I paid as much in shipping as I did for the product. That needs to be figured out.
