I ordered this adapter on friday night. Got it shipped on Monday, and got it delivered on Wednesday. It was quick and easy. I use this adapter with my blackjack II and is the second one I buy. Paid 6 dls. shipping included. For the first one I paid 16 dls. on an ATT store. Works great. Thanks

I had ordered the wrong adapter. My fault. However, on the packing slip it said that if the wrong adapter was included to email them at their provided address. Didn't say what would be resolved but I never heard back after 2 attempts.

Can't say much about a headphone adapter, other than it does what it's supposed to, and seems well made. It works fine on my BlackJack II.
